Guarantee Policy
The maximum amount we will consider for reimbursement due to an adviser not performing their duties in a satisfactory manner is 2 hours ($78). While we take the reimbursement guarantee seriously and intend to honour our promise we do maintain the right to refuse if we feel the adviser performed their duties to a level in line with the Financial Market’s authority Code of Conduct for Financial Advisers.
If we feel that the quote you received from an adviser in our network was of a satisfactory quality we maintain the right to not refer you to another adviser.
Insurance Premium Offer
We define “Better Cover” as a the new quote provided having a higher third party QPR rating. Your adviser can provide this independent report showing the difference between your current cover and the quote that have offered you. We can further define this as a direct comparison between the new vs current provider or the individual insurance products each provider offers. The new quote must have a clear benefit in at least one of these areas. Your new provider may also be an improvement due to a higher financial rating or a better claims history.
We define “More Value” as the new quote/provider being able to offer additional policy benefits not included in your current policy or a higher amount of cover for the same or similar price. Any health/occupation reason for this not being possible are not included in the offer.
We define “Faster Service” as your insurance adviser providing prompt, clear, and precise communication with you from their first phone call until the policy is in place. This communication may take place in person or via txt, call, email. Your adviser must respond to you and provide service in line with the Financial Markets Authority Guidelines for Financial Advisers.
We reserve the right to accept or deny offer applications on a case by case basis according to the guidelines above and any other auxiliary information that may be relevant. This policy is to be fulfilled by Financial Safety Score not any partner adviser.
Referral offer
Our referral offer is for those who refer friends or family to the quiz and both parties partake in a meeting with an insurance adviser. The client must email us with evidence of this (Advisers disclosure statement / complete fact find) and referred email. Following this they must send their current policy schedule. The offer may be paid in Prezzy or gift card.
Coffee offer
Coffee offer (Month’s coffee on us) is a $350 gift voucher to one of the leading nationwide cafe chains in New Zealand.
Prezzy Card offer
Prezzy Card offer is for a single $500 Prezzy Card to drawn in Summer 2024. One completion of the quiz = one entry. Multiple entries not allowed.
